After relocating his business from Las Vegas to Southern California 12 years ago, Anthony established PAK Home Realty in 2022 with a vision to build a modern brokerage grounded in integrity, teamwork, adaptability, and a truly supportive agent-first culture. His leadership reflects a commitment to helping agents grow with the right environment, guidance, and long-term structure for success.

Over the past six years, Anthony has led The Anthony Morel Group with a specialized focus on estate sales, assisting more than 300 families through complex probate, trust, and conservatorship transactions. He is passionate about elevating real estate professionals by sharing proven strategies, systems, and mindset principles that drive consistent deal flow and career momentum.
